Donald J. Huse is an experienced executive coach, working with business and government organizations in support of their leadership and management development programs.

In this regard, Don has designed, developed, and facilitated workshops in leadership skills, performance management, and the coaching style of leadership.

Don comes to coaching as a successful business leader with over 30 years of hands-on management in international banking centers throughout Asia-Pacific.  These assignments have given Don significant cross-cultural management experience.

Over the past three decades, he has developed excellent people skills -- coaching, training, managing, mentoring, motivating, networking, and leading.  He has coached numerous executives throughout Asia in strengthening their individual management and leadership skills.
