Aran Dadswell is a Singapore-based Trainer, Executive Coach and Consultant working with high potentials and high performers to maximise potential, both individually and within organisations.

Aran has extensive corporate experience globally and has lived and worked in New Zealand, the UK and Singapore, and delivered training and coaching in Auckland, Hong Kong, London, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Utrecht.In her last corporate role, Aran was Asia Pacific Regional Lead for IT Quality Management at Credit Suisse, providing leadership for 200+ employees.

Aran is a certified Executive Coach, Project Manager and Software Testing Practitioner.She is currently studying the Post Graduate Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership, and is Leader of the NeuroLeadership Institute Local Interest Group in Singapore.She is a member of British Mensa and an Associate of the UK Chartered Quality Institute, and a 2011-2012 Executive Committee Member for ICF Singapore Chapter.
