Deborah is an award-winning Coach and Development Professional and, with her drive for progressive improvement, has been successfully working with Entrepreneurs, Managers and Top Teams to achieve measurable performance improvements since 1998.

Deborah has lived in Asia for 11 years, initially in China where, as a Licensee for Leadership Management International (LMI) Inc., she built a successful leadership and management development business. In Shanghai in 2005 she received the City Weekend and EPWS Businesswoman of the Year Award for 'Excellence in Education'.

Prior to her work in the coaching and development arena Deborah gained more than a decade of commercial experience in the Energy industry in the UK, building a solid business foundation for her facilitation and coaching delivery.

With Executive and Management clients drawn from a broad range of industries, Deborah provides tailored coaching and management development programs to deliver effective and transformational change in the areas of:

  • personal leadership,
  • motivational leadership,
  • personal productivity,
  • communication,
  • and personal development.

Believing that increasing self-awareness is a first step for positive change, she is fully accredited in a number of key development and assessment tools.

She is an Associate Member of CIPD in the UK, and a qualified ICF Corporate Coach. Deborah has been active in the ICF Singapore Chapter's Coaching for Community program, both on the project committee and in the provision of pro-bono coaching and joined the Executive Committee in 2011.

Deborah holds an EMBA from Cranfield University and a BSc(Hons) Business Administration from Bath University in the UK.
