Avital is an executive coach, passionate about coaching due to its power to facilitate meaningful and sustainable learning and change, for individuals, teams and organizations.

Avital focuses on coaching and training in the areas of: Leadership and Impact, Transition and Change and Effective Communication. She is results driven and focuses on helping her clients maximize their professional effectiveness and growth. Avital creates powerful partnerships with clients, helping them reconnect with and truly leverage their strengths, be more aware of their impact on others, make conscious choices, and set and actively pursue ambitious goals. 

Avital specializes in working with senior and high-potential executives and has worked with clients in Asia, North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. She has worked extensively with leaders in a variety of multinational organizations, mainly in the financial services, technology, FMCG, government, defence, healthcare and education sectors.

Before finding her calling as a professional coach, Avital spent over fifteen years working in related fields in such positions: a business development consultant, a human resources manager, a consumer judgment and decision making researcher, and a manager of large scale architectural projects. Before settling down in Singapore 8 years ago, she lived and worked in the US, France and Israel. This wealth of experience provides her with a rich understanding of cultures, people and organizations.

Avital earned an MBA from INSEAD, and a degree in Architecture from the Technion, a leading engineering school. She is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Avital trained as a professional coach with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is a Certified Professional co-Active Coach (CPCC) as well as a gradute of CTI's year-long Leadership Program.
