Personal Profile

Andrew Bryant is the Director of Self Leadership International and is an experienced Executive Coach, Professional Speaker and Leadership Trainer.

English by birth (1961), Australian by choice and Singaporean by residence, Andrew has been studying and teaching human performance for over 25 years.

Andrew Bryant has coached Senior Executives from around the globe and from many organisations including Singapore Airlines, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston, Autodesk, Maersk, Herbert Smith, KornFerry, TrammellCrow, Merck and Sentosa Leisure Group as well as individuals and entrepreneurs running their own businesses. This experience has given him the flexibility to work with different corporate and ethnic cultures.

His passion is for assisting individual and organisations to reach their full potential has allowed his client’s to have results such as:

Andrew uses a cognitive behavioural approach to coaching which enables the executive to step back, get a bigger picture, to clarify their outcomes and increase their awareness of unconscious beliefs, values and motivations. Andrew gives feedback in a direct but non-judgmental way and co-creates, with the executive, new thinking and behaviours required to achieve the desired outcome.
