Personal Profile

Andrew is the founder and managing director of Hemisphere Consulting Pte Ltd, a consultancy focusing on people strategies for business.

Previously he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the East Asia Pacific Region of Unilever – a fast growing and very profitable US$ 4 billion turnover division employing over 14,000 people.

He has experienced and enjoyed the results that flow to businesses and people when expectations are surpassed. He has also experienced and learned from instances where there has been misalignment of expectations and under-performance.

He understands the challenges, pressures and opportunities for leaders in business. His experience and empathy can complement internal resources for people strategy development, coaching and facilitation.

Andrew leverages his business and general experience and his skills as a facilitator and coach. Andrew conducts in-house and public training and certification programs in the:

• Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®,
• FIRO-B®,
• Strong Interest Inventory®,
• Benchmarks ® & SKILLSCOPE ®.

He is also certified in CPI 260™ and CPI™434.
