Barbara Goetz is founder and Managing Director of yourresources, a Singapore-based Management and Human Resource Consulting Company specialising in individual and group assessments, leadership development and executive and career transitions coaching. She is a certified Lore executive coach with 20 years of experience in the international finance industry and extensive expertise in the areas of assessment centres and diagnostics, leadership development and executive and career coaching. Her broad professional repertoire includes senior manager positions at Credit Suisse. Barbara is a skilled communicator with high levels of engagement. She possesses a unique combination of psychological-assessment skills and a global business perspective. She draws from an extensive background in global human resources and has advised and supported many C-suite executives in her career. A top-rated coach and facilitator, she counseled, coached and trained several levels of transitioning professionals, including senior leaders, and designed and implemented many development programs in multiple languages. She designs and develops custom-tailored high-quality products and solutions to meet your needs. Barbara has a keen ability to create a motivating and inspiring environment, and she possesses a deep interest and respect for people, their behaviors and their development. Barbara earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and took advanced training in coaching and supervision from Professio, Germany. She is well-versed in numerous diagnostic tools, including: BenchmarksÒ 360-degree assessment, Myers-Briggs Type-IndicatorÒ, Golden Personality Type ProfilerÔ, Occupational Personality QuestionnaireÒ, Customer Contact Styles QuestionnaireÒ and 16PFÒ. She acted as Credit Suisse’s MBTI® assessment expert and facilitated MBTI workshops. |
