Regular events: "Peer Coaching"

Peer Coaching sessions are for practicing coaches who are members of the ICF Singapore.

ICF Peer Coaching Sessions 2009/2010
  • 22 October 2009
  • 19 November 2009
  • 21 January 2010
  • 25 February 2010
  • 18 March 2010
The venues for these sessions will be announced in a separate ICF Newsletter prior to above dates.

Coaches attending will get to test and refine their coaching skills through a dynamic peer coaching process. A practicing coach will submit a real-life case he is currently challenged with and the other coaches present will offer their expertise and view points on the subject which will result in a shift in perspectives for all attending. Confidentiality is a key element for this session.

Peer Coaching offers Coaches a chance to:
  • practice their powerful questioning skills
  • offer different perspectives
  • learn from other’s experience, and occasional wisdom
  • heighten self-awareness
  • take away new insights
Peer Coaching is NOT about:
  • Giving the case provider a definitive 'right answer'.
  • Giving our opinion on the skills or approach of the case provider.
  • Advising the case provider to adopt a different style of coaching.
