Regular events: "Peer Coaching"
Peer Coaching sessions are for practicing coaches who are members of the ICF Singapore.Coaches attending will get to test and refine their coaching skills through a dynamic peer coaching process. A practicing coach will submit a real-life case he is currently challenged with and the other coaches present will offer their expertise and view points on the subject which will result in a shift in perspectives for all attending. Confidentiality is a key element for this session.
Peer Coaching offers Coaches a chance to:
- practice their powerful questioning skills
- offer different perspectives
- learn from other’s experience, and occasional wisdom
- heighten self-awareness
- take away new insights
- Giving the case provider a definitive 'right answer'.
- Giving our opinion on the skills or approach of the case provider.
- Advising the case provider to adopt a different style of coaching.
