Within the Meta-Coaching methodology, there are number of models. This session will serve as a brief introduction to the overall Meta-Coaching methodology, and will focus on The Matrix Model.
Understanding how The Matrix operates enable us to coach the entire mind-body-emotion system. The session will explain how The Matrix allows us to understand how we create the structure and content of our thinking. The Structural matrices include Meaning, Intention and State. The Content matrices are where we house the meanings we create of Ourselves, Others, our World, our Powers and Time.
