AnishaKaul

Happy New Year! We are very excited to begin the first Peer Coaching session of the year with Anish a Kaul, who is going to share with us - Solution Focused - group facilitation techniques. Anisha is the founder of Mindspring Singapore. She holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University College London. Anisha is a certified Solution-Focused Brief Therapist; her passion is working with teams to help them design the environment, relationships and behaviours that will lead to transformational change, which reflects her approach to coaching and facilitation underpinned by the Solution Focused philosophy.

Session Overview:

In this session, you will not only learn about, but also have the opportunity to experience Solution Focused group facilitation. This positive and practical approach is based on the philosophy that it is enquiry - as opposed to instruction - that creates lasting change and commitment.

You will be guided on an experiential and creative journey geared towards designing a "Future Perfect" in an area that is important to you. The approach is designed to uncover and build on resources, strengths and know-how that may be latent, under-used, or unacknowledged. You will leave with some personal next steps and a simple methodology for facilitating groups as they design their future.

Important Information:

To ensure coaching professionalism, the '2010-2011 ICF Singapore Executive Committee' has established that: ALL participants are requested to have at least 60 hours of coach training as well as being a practicing coach in order to attend.
