Dear ICF Member,

Notice is hereby given that the International Coach Federation, Singapore Chapter will hold its Annual General Meeting on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 7.30 p.m. at:

Kindly note that this meeting is open to current ICF Members only and that registration is free of charge.

Voting Instructions:

Kindly note that only current ICF Members are eligible to vote.

1) Online Voting
ICF members can now vote online by clicking here. Each ICF member is only allowed to vote once for each ExCo position. Online voting is opened from 5th March 2012 to 23rd March 2012 at 6.00 p.m. (Singapore time).

2) Hard copy ballot
ICF members who are not able/do not wish to vote online, hard copy ballots will be provided during registration at the AGM. All hard copy ballots are to be submitted by 7.45pm sharp.

Kindly note that each ICF member is only allowed to vote once for each ExCo position. If you have already submitted an online vote, you will not be given a hard copy ballot.
