Thank you for your support and participation in March! Supervision has proven to be a 'hot topic', and we will continue this year to meet our audience's interest in this profession.
April brings another very interesting and highly sought after theme - Parent/Youth Coaching - by Mark Sng. Mark has been coaching Senior Executives, Tertiary Students, Young Working Adults, Parents and Teens since 2000. Mark is an Advanced Practitioner with 6 Seconds, a Master Trainer, and a Consultant in Emotional Intelligence. His niche areas include Corporate Leadership Development, Social Emotional Learning in Education, Parent and Executive education, Parent and Teen coaching. In addition, Mark has thirty years of background in public accounting, management level accounting roles in industry, and has held regional senior corporate audit positions with multinationals in more than 15 countries across continents.
Session Overview
The session will include 2 segments: 1) a demo of parent/youth coaching; 2) peer coaching practice. Participants will be provided with a pointer sheet for guidance and practice. Both segments will demonstrate the realm of social emotional learning inherent in the coaching session. The session will culminate in a summary of takeaways for members so they feel equipped, enabled and empowered to consciously & unconsciously coach better than they have been.

In order for this session to take place we would require a coach volunteer to bring a situation for the Parent/Youth session.
Confidentiality is key! We will provide a confidentiality form for record, in all sessions.

Important Information
To ensure coaching professionalism, the '2010-2011 ICF Singapore Executive Committee' has established that: ALL participants are requested to have at least 60 hours of coach training as well as being a practicing coach in order to attend.

The Peer Coaching Circle is a professional body, open to all practicing Coaches who are ICF members (with a minimum of 60 hours of coach training) and will entitle you to valuable CCEU hours towards your on-going learning. The structured process provides Coaches with the opportunity to receive inputs on a current real-life coaching challenge. Confidentiality is key to the process and a prerequisite for all participants.
