Andrew Bryant has spent over 25 years working in the field of human performance and is a keenly sought after Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant.

Andrew has coached Senior Executives from around the globe and from many organisations including Singapore Airlines, Credit Suisse, Maersk, Microsoft, Herbert Smith LLP, Hess, Phillips, Deutsche Bank and Sentosa Leisure Group, as well as individuals and entrepreneurs running their own businesses. This experience has given him the flexibility to work with different corporate and ethnic cultures.

Andrew uses a cognitive behavioural approach to coaching which enables the executive to step back, get a bigger picture, to clarify their outcomes and increase their awareness of unconscious beliefs, values and motivations. Andrew gives feedback in a direct but non-judgmental way and co-creates, with the executive, new thinking and behaviours required to achieve the desired outcome.

As a Certified Professional Speaker himself, Andrew is often asked to coach on developing presence and presentation skills.
