The mission of Effective Ways is to contribute to the development of individuals and organizations through training and coaching programs. To fulfill our mission we have created three business units for: Coaching, Training and Seminars.

The Coaching Unit works with individuals and teams to a results oriented attitude and to optimize the group processes by creating the appropriate space for growing. Our Team Development Program is an extremely successful team coaching process that targets a better interpersonal understanding, includes a bi-dimensional evaluation of the team, clarifies roles and responsibilities on 4 nested levels and has as deliverable a 5 steps strategy to close the gap between the desired and the actual status of the team’s performance. In Individual Coaching we are currently working with our clients in the field of leading teams, improving the time management, communication and presentation skills.

The Training Unit has developed a series of practical approaches that can lead to better individual and team performance. Of these approaches the most effective are Coaching Conversations, a program designed for managers who are targeting a greater autonomy of their teams, Time Frames, focused on developing individual and group strategies for higher productivity and Essential Presentations, with emphasis on improved communication and delivery.

The Seminars Unit is focused on delivering short and thought provoking presentations on different topics. The seminars in most demand are Creative Presentations and Psychological Contracts, which explores the vital concepts of successful business interactions.

Personal Profile

Irina Miu has a PhD in "Creating and Developing an Organization through Coaching". She is an Associate Certified Coach, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic ProgrammingTM and a senior trainer. Irina has a background in supply chain management, human resources and business administration. Her company has been active in the training and coaching area for 7 years contributing to the development of over 2800 people of many different nationalities from both Europe and Asia.

She has developed the Four Nested Levels of Responsibility Model for setting objectives, published several articles on coaching and is the co-author for a book on project management. In delivering customized programs she integrates a systemic perspective as well as innovative tools in order to achieve different outcomes.

Irina likes challenges, volunteering for in the community and professional projects, loves simple things, playing with words and walking barefoot.
