Jane is a certified Leadership Coach who offers an international perspective. Since 2004 she has been in London, Washington DC and Singapore working on a wide range of people development projects. Coaching client's include Citibank, Police, FedEx, Philips, Georgetown University, many small companies and private clients from backgrounds as diverse as doctors, administrators, MDs, lawyers, accountants and private business owners.

Prior to running her own company, Jane spent 4 years with the British Council in Singapore as a Management Training Consultant. She designed and delivered leadership workshops on team building, creativity, influencing skills, coaching, negotiation skills all of which she brings to her coaching practice. She also includes a variety of up to date and creative techniques to enhance her client's development and insights.

Jane's earlier career included 6 years in retail as a Registrar with the John Lewis Partnership in UK, 16 years in the British Army from which she retired in 1994 as a Major.

Jane holds Certificates in Coaching from Georgetown University - USA and Results Coaching - Singapore. She has an MBA, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is MBTI, FIRO-B & TMS accredited. In 1991 was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire for her work in leadership development.
