A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Elfarina partners with her clients to go beyond boundaries in search of truth, creativity and freedom towards claiming leadership at the corporate and individual level. Her clients include Managing Directors, Entrepreneurs, Line Managers and those undergoing the re-invention process from Fortune 200 companies, MNCs and SMEs from around the globe.

Elfarina's specialisation is in designing experiences through highly experiential, contextual workshops and brings vitality, energy and charm through her work as a coach and leadership developer. She blends her corporate experience of luxury brand management, airline, advertising and golf retail with her acute sense of cross cultural understanding having lived and worked in Australia, Europe, Asia and Middle East. She now divides her time between Dubai and Singapore.

Elfarina is amongst the first Singaporean to be a CPCC and Graduate of Co-Active Leadership Program (year-long experiential program) by The Coaches Training Institute, leading worldwide coach training school. She is also a Certified Energy Healer and implements this into her work on leadership and the emotional field. Her continuous journey of self development is a testament to her commitment towards her profession in coaching and leadership.
