Crucible Coaching is a one person company. I believe coaching to be a highly personal one-to-one interaction between coach and client. The best coaches I know operate on their own.

Personal Profile

I have coached executives for over 25 years. For a period of 5 years, I coached every management trainee of the largest multinational group in India as a Senior Manager operating a business unit.

Over time as I grew from an engineer to a business manager to a CEO, and later to a group CEO of a billion plus dollar South East Asian conglomerate that I helped to build from scratch, I coached managers from at least 12 different countries from all over the world as part of a multi joint venture structure. Since then, I have built and helped build companies and people in several parts of the world.

Having also been a serial entrepreneur and a spiritual pathfinder, my coaching style is international in dimension, cross-cultural in attitude, sharply focused on client welfare and with a broader spiritual life purpose in view.

I have developed a unique leadership and team building coaching model aimed at senior management that bridges the gap between individual aspirations and organizational imperatives through a shared team value creation. This model ensures individual growth aligned with institutional goals.

Over years, I have coached more than 5000 hours engaging more than 2500 individuals singly and in groups, in over a dozen countries.

My formal coach training is from ICA. In addition to a PCC from ICF, I have a BCC credential from CCE, USA. I am a member of MENSA, Fellow of Indian Institution of Engineers, Executive member of NHRD Network in India at Bangalore and Co-founder of Association of Bangalore Coaches.

I also teach the MBA class in Christ University, Bangalore and author books. I live with my wife in Bangalore currently, visiting USA where our children live and Singapore where I am a national.
