Hsiao-Wei is a warm, energetic and highly sensing coach. She is very passionate about supporting people to lead purpose-driven lives, liberate perspectives, and realise their fullest potential. With her naturally vibrant personality and presence, she connects easily with people and her authenticity builds trustful and open relationships. Her strong belief in possibilities also helps her clients stretch and achieve their personal bests. Hsiao-Wei has more than 8 years of workplace coaching experiences and works closely with companies to bring out the best in their people assets through coaching and progressive talent management initiatives. Her strong corporate insights and good understanding of employees’ perspectives enable her to effectively coach organization leaders and members on a wide spectrum of business as well as personal goals. She has worked with leading organisations in diverse industries ranging from Service, Food & Beverage, Packaging, Finance/Banking, Manufacturing, Electronics and Logistics. Prior to starting her business aimed at making a positive difference to people, Hsiao-Wei worked in various multi-national organizations in Human Resource leadership capacities. Hsiao-Wei has a Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore, Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a certified coach.
