Coaching Background & Credentials: Having been a senior executive herself, Brenda understands the challenges of senior leadership positions. She has an extensive background in both internal & external coaching and training, along with many years’ experience working with senior executives from a wide variety of industries.

Brenda is certified by the International Coach Federation and with Results™ Coaching Systems (Australia) and has trained extensively with the College of Executive Coaching (U.S.). She is certified in key assessment tools Leadership Agility 360, Emotional Capital Inventory 360, and Extended DISC, and has also been trained in the use of a variety of other assessments including MBTI, FIRO-B, LPI, EQI (Bar-On), and CPI (Coaching Report for Leaders).

Brenda Bence is a certified senior executive coach who has worked with leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs all around the world to help them set stretching goals and achieve positive career- and life-enhancing change.

With an MBA from Harvard Business School, Brenda spent the first 20 years of her career building mega brands for companies like Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she was a senior executive responsible for billion-dollar businesses across four continents and 50 countries. In 2002, Brenda left the corporate world and founded BDA International, Ltd.  Now doing business across 20 countries and with offices in both the U.S. and Asia, Brenda provides coaching services for clients located in the U.S., Asia, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand.
