Brigitte is an executive coach with a strong business background from more than 15 years in international business consulting. Her clients are mid- to senior level executives and independent professionals who strive to be more effective as leaders and achieve excellence, fulfilment and balance in their lives, careers and businesses.

Coaching Experience

Over the past five years Brigitte has coached numerous leaders from the public and private sector including Banking, IT, Business Consulting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutics, and Health Care as well as various ministries and public services organisations. Areas mainly addressed in these coaching interventions were leadership transition and effectiveness, development support for high potentials, cross-cultural competence, and stress management.

Besides running her own coaching practice Brigitte frequently teams up with other organisations to provide coaching support for larger leadership development or change programmes. A recent experience was building a coaching culture at one of Singapore's leading public services organisations, where Brigitte has coached over 100 participants up to Executive Director level, co-facilitated coaching skills training programmes, and mentored a group of internal coaches.

Brigitte also belongs to a small group of coaches certified to deliver Fischer Group International's prestigious Leadership Transition Programme in Asia. With the programme's proven design Brigitte helps executives to successfully manage and strategically utilize the complex dynamics of the transition process, and to avoid crucial mistakes that can cripple new leaders right from the start.

Career Background

Before establishing herself as professional coach in 2007 Brigitte spent more than a decade as business consultant with Accenture. As senior manager in Europe and Asia, Brigitte was responsible for forming and leading high performance teams to design and implement innovative IT and business solutions for clients in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining Accenture Brigitte followed her curiosity for foreign cultures and established herself as independent IT consultant in Jakarta, Indonesia, after finishing her education in Germany.

Qualifications and Affiliations

Brigitte is ACC accredited and an active member of ICF Singapore. She holds Certificates in Coaching from Henley Business School, University of Reading, U.K., as well as Results Coaching Systems, Australia. She is certified Leadership Transition Coach from Fischer Group International, Germany, and an accredited MBTI practitioner. Currently, Brigitte is undergoing Ontological Coach Training with Newfield Networks, U.S. She holds an MBA from Bradford University, U.K., and a Master of Science (Mathematics) from the University of Cologne, Germany. She is a member of PrimeTime Business and Professional Women's Association, where she was co-chair of Professional Development Series from 2008 to 2011. Brigitte has been a Singapore Permanent Resident since 2007. She is fluent in German and English.
