Cross-Culture Link, a coaching, training and business consultancy was created in 2003 to respond to the critical needs arising from a globalized economy. Based in Singapore, Cross-Culture Link is focusing on helping leaders, managers and their teams to develop their competencies and improve their personal and professional effectiveness by providing tailored trainings and coaching sessions in the APAC region.

Personal Profile

Catherine is a certified coach, trainer and facilitator with a strong international career in the corporate world and an extensive training and coaching record at senior level in the APAC region.

Catherine has over 15 years of professional business and managerial experience in multi cultural environments in France, Spain, Italy and Singapore. She has been facilitating customized individual and group cross-cultural, leadership and soft skills trainings for MNC’s and individuals in the Asia Pacific region since 2000.

She began coaching in 2005 as a post training need to consolidate learning. Since then she has been coaching mid level management and executives for MNC’s and the Singaporean Civil Services. Her strong training background combined with action-oriented coaching skills, intuition and empathy have helped more than 100 clients in the APAC region to achieve their personal, professional and organizational goals.

• MBTI level 1 and 2 accredited consultant (APT, USA)
• Certified trainer (Work and Training Australia and IATA Instructional Techniques)
• Cultural Orientations Indicator certified practitioner (Training Management Corporation, USA)
