Personal Profile

Helen Lee is the Founder/Principal Coach of Lee Heiss Coaching. Her clients describe her “SUPERCOACHING” methodology as being:

Helen ran her own communications consultancies in Australia and Asia for 14 years, servicing MNCs and publicly listed companies in the region.  The Business Times listed her in its 1997 “Who’s Who of Women Shaping Singapore” because of her business success.

She is now making a name for herself in executive and life coaching worldwide.  Recently, she was featured as one of the top corporate coaches in Singapore; and dubbed “The Leader Prodder” by The Straits Times, in an article on executive coaching.

She trained with CoachHouse Asia in 2001, then a licensed trainer for Corporate Coach U, the largest and oldest coaching institute in USA.  She is a member of the US-based International Coach Federation and Coachville.
