Kian Seck is a professional coach and is the owner of his company Coaching Experience.

Kian Seck is a Core Essential coaching program graduate of Coach U and Corporate Coach U. He is a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and APAC (Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches). He is passionate about helping people live a life of purpose. Kian Seck is highly enthusiastic about combining his coaching knowledge and skills with his zest for people development on a journey that will not only benefit the people he coaches but also reward him with continuous self-discovery. 

Kian Seck holds an MBA, specializing in Management of Technology from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. He has a Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Adelaide, Australia. He is a qualified Workplace Safety and Health Officer. Kian Seck is also trained in Six Sigma Black Belt and is an auditor of the Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard OSHAS 18001.

Having spent more than 20 years working in leading multi-national pharmaceutical companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi Aventis, Kian Seck is familiar with the highly regulated working environment of the pharmaceutical industry. His work experience includes production operations, occupational health and safety, environment, continuous improvement and collaboration with government agencies, tertiary institutions and industry organizations on initiatives to develop the competencies of workforce in the process industry in Singapore. 

Kian Seck enjoys travelling and his most memorable trip was a 58-hour trip on an economic flight from Singapore to South America, culminating with a train-ride up to Machu Pichu, the legendary Lost City of the Incas in Peru. His hobbies include playing the piano, practicing yoga and solving Soduku puzzles
