Personal Profile

Elaine is a Life Coach specializing in radical shifts in thinking.  After years of being a ‘workshop junkie’ and jumping from one self-help fad to the next, Elaine found herself reading a book by Byron Katie, which not only transformed her thinking, but alsobrought her home.

Elaine now works with groups and individuals to introduce Katie’s simple methodology.  Anyone wanting to shift old and stuck patterns of beliefs or behaviours; anyone wanting to move through traumatic events or difficult relationships; or anyone wanting to experience more peace in their life can benefit from this work.

Elaine has worked with Byron Katie’s methodology for the past 2 years and attended her 9 day School in L.A.  She has also worked with Eva Gregory, one of USA’s foremost Attraction Coaches (International Coach of the Year 2006), on a year long program studying with Law of Attraction gurus (2006).

Elaine is a trained Technology of Participation® facilitator, a DISC profiling facilitator and a life Coach trained with CoachU (2000).  She holds an MSc from City University London, and a BA Hons from Durham University, England.
