Through our training programmes, coaching and consultancy for individuals, teams and organisations we improve the productivity of organisations and lower the stress level of employees. We focus on people and assure concrete results. Our unique approach combines workshops with one-to-one coaching. We drive towards concrete results and focus on behavioural change. To achieve this we approach from three different levels: personal, interpersonal and organization level. We focus on what is going well. We help teams and employees to become more powerful by being more aware of the influence of their environment. Our programmes are adaptable to new graduates, secretaries, sales professionals, new and experienced supervisors through to senior executives. We tailor our programmes to the company culture. By this we mean that we adapt and customize the training programmes to suit the specific needs of the attendees and the organisation. |

Frank Kuijsters is director of Digne Consult Asia Pacific Ptd. Ltd. For the last 15 years, Frank has worked in several international and national training and consultancy organisations in the Netherlands, Germany, France, England and South East Asia. In addition to many years of line/people leader experience he consulted to both profit and non-profit organisations on change management issues, career coaching, outplacement and reintegration of the unemployed. His key passion is to give people insight in how they can take responsibility for their own future by focusing positively on their opportunities and capabilities. Originally Frank was educated as communication trainer and career coach. However, over recent years he has broadened his expertise to leadership and business coaching, studying in Netherlands, France and Malaysia. |
