Since 1987, Frederick has specialized in the sale of high-technology engineering solutions to CEO's, COOs, CFO's, and other senior executives dealing in six and seven-figure transactions and complex sales cycles. For the last 20 years, he has worked in various MNC's holding key positions as Senior Manager and Business Development Director. For the last 7 years Frederick has become a people skills development coach, specialized in the area of sales and interpersonal communications for professionals. As a Certified Behavioural Therapist, Frederick is qualified to administer and interpret the Harrison Inner view Job Suitability Profiling System. Frederick is currently the Associate Director of Ephod Consulting and he has worked with organizations including Motorola, Chartered Semiconductor, Fuji Xerox Singapore, Novartis and Singapore Food Industries. |
