Harold Kwan, haroldkwan@hrm3asia.com is the founder/managing director of HRM3 Asia and a partner of OI Partners, Inc., the world’s largest consulting partnership with more than 200 locally owned offices in 27 countries. 

In 2006, he received the Leading HR Entrepreneur Award 2006 (special mention) from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.

Over the last 25 years, Harold has successfully sourced hundreds of senior management talents, including C levels candidates for diverse MNC clients and partnered numerous individual senior executives of various nationalities in their career transition and executive coaching development programs in the Asia Pacific Region.
