Personal Profile
	Jacki Nicholas is an accomplished Executive Coach, facilitator and consultant, with over 20 years of international experience spanning corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, management consulting, leadership, change, and organisational development. She is Founder and Managing Director of InsideOut Consulting. She coaches at the C-level and senior executive level with CEO's, MD's, VPs, Directors, GMs and Partners of multinationals, conglomerates and global firms. Client organisations span diverse industries including investment banking, financial services, technology & systems, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, strategy consulting, industrial conglomerates, communications, and professional services. While her psychology background has given Jacki a strong base in understanding human drivers and behaviour, Jacki draws equally from her 15 years of extensive corporate background at Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Coopers & Lybrand, Hay Management Consultants and Deutsche Bank where she developed a solid understanding of strategy, business and markets. Having operated at senior levels in global, regional and national environments, Jacki brings a cross-cultural context to her executive coaching. She helps many clients through the InterCultural OnBoarding™ process during their first 6-12 months of holding pivotal roles in a new culture, region or company. Jacki is also an executive coach with INSEAD’s Global Leadership Development Centre (Singapore and Fontainbleau) and is a Certified Executive Coach with Lore International Institute (USA). She has First Class Psychology Honours, holds post-graduate qualifications in Change Management and Accounting & Finance, and is a Coach University graduate. She utilises a range of individual and organisational diagnostics including: Global Executive Leadership Inventory (360°) Survey of Influence Effectiveness (360°) MBTI® Belbin Team Styles 360° PDI Profiler (360°). Jacki is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia (ICAA). She has lived and worked in Asia since 1999 and established InsideOut Consulting in 2004.
