‘Simply to Realise’ is my company name – it is just me. Leadership Coaching, Personal Development and Career Transition are the areas of focus. The company was registered in 2004. The name came from realising most behavioural change occurs when we stand back long enough to realise who we are. People who most benefit from this coaching are those seeking happiness, wisdom and freedom both professionally and personally. |

Jane is a certified Leadership Coach. She calls herself the meditating major! Her career has taken her from being a Major in the British Army to being the Director of a Meditation and Inter Religious Dialogue Center at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Jane also spent 6 years in retail as a Registrar on the senior management team with the John Lewis Partnership in UK. In 2000 Jane spent 4 years with the British Council in Singapore as a Management Training Consultant. She designed and delivered the leadership workshops; team building, creativity, influencing skills, coaching, negotiation skills. She loves acting and uses comedy as an integral part of her training and coaching. In 2004 she set up ‘Simply to realise’ and now engages in a wide range of people development projects in Asia Pacific, USA, South Africa and Europe. Jane has coached professionals from Citibank, UK Police, FedEx, Philips, many small companies and private clients from backgrounds as diverse as doctors, administrators, MDs, lawyers, accountants and private business owners. Jane holds Certificates in Coaching from Georgetown University - USA and Results Coaching - Singapore. She has an MBA, is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is MBTI, FIRO-B & TMS accredited. In 1991 was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire for her work in leadership development. |
