Katherine is the Founder and Director of Breuss Consulting, a global training and executive coaching business based in Singapore, partnering with organizations and individuals towards achieving excellence. Having studied and worked internationally for 15 years within the human relations and communications field, she continues to build her knowledge, expertise and client base around the globe. Katherine’s career began in the United States in the hospitality industry, and then moved to London to work for the investment bank, Goldman Sachs International where she worked with divisional leaders, managed global training and career development programme's, advised business managers on employee performance strategies and coached individuals within the business. Katherine is a master practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a certified hypnotherapist, accredited MBTI (Steps I and II) coach and trainer and an accredited executive and life coach with the International Coaching Federation. Katherine continues to develop her skills as a trainer and coach and is continuously on a path of growth and self discovery. |
