Personal Profile
	Kenny Toh is the founder and principal coach of The Coaching Academy. Since embarking on the field of professional coaching in 2005, he has personally coached individuals from many walks of life - including CEO's, senior executives, bankers, business owners, management consultants, IT consultants, financial consultants, artist, teacher, government scholar, parents and homemakers. Kenny is known for his authentic, passionate and thought provoking approach in his workshops and coaching. He integrates his training on coaching with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Neuro-Semantics and study of ontological coaching with a wealth of insight drawn from his corporate and personal experiences. Previously a manager at Accenture, Kenny has led organisational transformation programmes including post-merger integration and implementation of value-based management in several financial institutions. As an associate with a global talent management company, he has delivered leadership assessment, development and training programmes for leaders in various MNC's. He is also an honoree for the Spirit of Enterprise 2006 award - an annual award that honours inspiring entrepreneurs in Singapore. As a passionate father of two, Kenny is also a thought leader in parent education and a well-known parenting coach in Singapore. In 2005, he founded the International Network for Parents as Coaches as a vehicle for promoting the application of the discipline of coaching in parenting. In 2008, he founded the Institute of Advanced Parentology with the mission of advancing the practice of parenting by providing high quality parent education programmes and personal coaching services for parents. His insights and writings on parenting-related topics have been featured regularly in Strait Time’s Mind Your Body weekly supplement, as well as publications such as Reader Digest Asia, Young Parents, Today’s Parents, Family Magazine, Mother and Baby, and Young Families.
