Klaus is coaching because he enjoys facilitating positive change in people thus making an encouraging difference to them. Klaus is coaching executives, managers, entrepreneurs and people who want to bridge cross cultural differences. Together with other associates he has set up Coaching Associates, a multi-cultural management coaching practice, serving multinational companies by developing suitable staff into coaching leaders and offering executive performance- talent development- career and team coaching. Klaus has coached clients in or from China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US. He is conducting his coaching in English or German. Klaus has worked with people from organizations and companies like:

Before starting his coaching career Klaus got more than 20 years of banking experience, developed in Germany, Hong Kong and Singapore. He held senior management positions as Vice President and Director of Germany's Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG ‘ HVB’, Singapore and as head of their Regional Service Centre Asia. He has been living in Asia since 1987. Klaus’ education includes an honours degree in economics, studies in political science, the German vocational banking diploma and Coaching Certificates for Corporate and Individual Coaching (Graduate of Coach U and Corporate Coach U, USA).
