Klaus is an experienced executive coach, working with business and government organizations as well as entrepreneurs in support of their leadership, management and business development requirements. He has coached numerous executives from China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK and US. Klaus has also designed, developed, and facilitated workshops for leadership skills, performance management, the coaching style of leadership and understanding business financials. He started his coaching as a successful banking business leader with over 20 years of management in international banking. Through his assignments in Hamburg, Hong Kong and Singapore he learned to constantly change, adapt to and form different working and relationship environments and achieved considerable cross-cultural management experience. Being a professional coach Klaus is providing individual and group coaching and training with a result based and solutions focused coaching approach. He emphasizes the importance to let his executive clients become aware of their environment, their behavior and a range of obstacles which might be holding them back. This enables his clients to develop the energy required to act and change and achieve the targeted results.
