liberate-u is an transitional coaching and leadership training organisation, based in Singapore, and operating throughout the region. Lotte Poole is the founder of liberate-u and has been based in Singapore for 9 years. Over the last 20 years she has also lived and worked in Korea, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan and Australia.

Lotte works with people who are ready and motivated to make the next step in their lives, in particular, those who are:

• Going through a period of change or transition, such as corporate acquisition, change of roles, new staff, change of culture, downsizing, changing country .

She has over 25 years experience in publishing and public relations professional, corporate communications and training/facilitating.

Lotte is an energetic self-starter with excellent strategic and creative skills, whose entrepreneurial flair helped her start and successfully run five businesses.

Lotte has worked in senior positions in a range of industries including Banking and Financial Services, the Hospitality industry, Media and Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility and Philanthropy, IT, and Professional Services.

Both her experience of living and working in many countries (as well as Asia, she has lived in the UK and the US) and the senior positions she has held, helps her coaching clients, especially in the areas of transition and cross-cultural issues.
