As Managing Director and founder of Differentiate, Louise brings over 25 years of corporate experience to her work as an executive coach and trainer. She has built a worldwide reputation for her innovative approach, professionalism and reliability for achieving results. Her success results from enabling individuals to step outside the known, practice new skills and behaviours in a safe environment, and lead them to achieve their maximum potential. Louise is well versed in utilizing a broad range of communication and intervention techniques, 360° tools, and numerous behavioural assessments to challenge and support leaders and executives. Prior to launching Differentiate, Louise served as Regional Vice President, Head of the Asia Pacific Training Academy with ABN AMRO Bank Asia Pacific in Singapore. She had 14 years with Visa International in both Australia and Singapore, most recently as Regional Director, Visa Business School, which she developed and launched in over 15 countries throughout Asia. Louise studied Adult Education at the University of Technology, Australia, completed the Cambridge University CELTA and train-the-trainer programs. She is an NLP practitioner, an accredited MBTI® and FIRO-B™ facilitator and a graduate of Results Coaching Systems. As a Lore Certified Executive Coach, she is training and coaching faculty with Lore International Institute in Colorado and is also a coach with INSEAD’s Global Leadership Centre (IGLC), Singapore. Louise is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Australian Chamber of Commerce, and heads the HR subgroup of PrimeTime Business & Professional Women’s Association, Singapore. She has lived and worked in Asia since 1993. |
