Lydia is the Managing Director of Excelsa Consulting Pte Ltd and a former Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Singapore. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in broad areas of management and human capital consulting. Lydia is engaged in providing services in change management, organisation & culture change, talent management & development, executive coaching and work-life strategy. Lydia is an executive coach and has carried out assignments in a wide spectrum of industries. Lydia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester (UK). She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and Coach U (US), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of The International Coach Federation (US) and a licensed Coaching Clinic Facilitator awarded by Corporate Coach U. |
