As a seasoned corporate professional with entrepreneurial mindset, Maria has established her coaching-training-championing practice to cater for leaders, talents and followers that seek personal growth and excellence, as well as those that advocate the advancement and the development of their personnel. Her tertiary degrees include: MBA in Strategic Management (Distinction) by UMAC/ISCTE, MR (Master of Research) by Nanterre University, and BA by SIU. Certification under ICA (International Coach Academy – CPCP, ICF accredited); Trained in NLP, Solutions Focus and EQ; Certified by NGH, IMDHA, ACHE (USA) in hypnotherapy. Currently undertaking her doctoral degree (PhD by ISM) in business majoring in leadership development. Fluent in five languages: English, Cantonese-Chinese, French, German and Portuguese; She has lived and worked in various countries and cultures around the globe. Maria’s successful practice as a leadership and corporate health performance-coach is the result of fifteen years experience in global management positions in multinationals such as Siemens AG, Level3, Global One (AT&T, France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom venture), as well as in the public sector at the Macau Central Bank. She was also a consultant at Vodafone and LVMH on management and market expansion best practices. Her background covers a worldwide engagement in Banking, IT, Telecom and Luxury industries ranging in both B2B to B2C on strategy, sales and marketing roles.
