Nancy Verhoeven is a certified executive coach with over 15 years of experience in leadership development, including coaching, creating executive education programs for Wharton, and project management. Known for her open, honest, and flexible approach, she enjoys challenging her clients to maximize growth. Nancy specializes in leadership, team development, and interpersonal relationships. She works with senior to middle managers within large, multinational, and Singapore government related companies. When clients partner with Nancy they benefit from her significant international experience and cross-cultural awareness. Fluent in English and French, she has lived and worked in the United States, France, and Taiwan before settling in Singapore. Nancy has partnered with clients around the world including North America, India, Singapore, Britain, Australia, France, Hong Kong, and Germany. She has extensive experience working with clients in the high-tech, shipping, banking, pharmaceutical, strategy consultant firms, financial services, manufacturing, hotel industries and more. Nancy is also an adjunct coach for the Center for Creative Leadership, Ken Blanchard Companies, TNM, Lane4 and is a trainer for the evolutionary Network. Nancy offers her clients the latest assessments, techniques, and strategies. She is certified to administer and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), DISC, Firo-B, Benchmarks, CPI, CLI, Team Management Systems, various 360-degree assessment tools, and a host of other assessment instruments. She has experience with facilitation, coaching skills workshops, and is a published coaching author. Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree in French and international economics from Swarthmore College, and her master’s degree in European studies from the Centre Europeen. She is professionally trained as a coach from Corporate Coach University and the Evolutionary Network and is certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) where she holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Nancy is a member of the International Coaching Federation; a trained assessor for global ICF certification team, is one of the founding members of the ICF Singapore chapter and was President of the Executive Board of the ICF Singapore Chapter from 2006-2008. |
