A comprehensive career profiling package which includes a one-on-one assessment of skills, values and interests using card sorts, personality profiling using the MBTI®, and additional exercises designed to support individuals in reviewing current job suitability and identifying possible career action steps.

Coaching individuals to achieve inspiring goals over 3 or 6 months in the areas of life which are most important to them. Particular interest and experience in coaching people on their career, own business and creative projects.

Career Transition
Individual coaching programmes and small group workshops are customised to help individuals in transition with the building blocks of career success, including resume, cover letters, personal branding, networking and interview strategy.

Personal Profile

Nicola Supka founded Smart People Solutions in 2002 to provide career coaching and training services for individuals and organisations.

She is a certified career practitioner (Institute of Career Certification International) and life coach (Results Coaching Systems) and has personally assisted hundreds of individuals from over 15 countries in career transition.

Nicola is also accredited to administer the MBTI® and Strong Interest Inventory®.

Nicola is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and AACMP (Asian Association of Career Management Professionals). She has over 15 years business experience gained in the UK, Japan and Singapore.

Nicola is passionate about coaching and training, empowering people from diverse backgrounds and cultures to achieve career fulfillment and success.

As consultant with an international outplacement organisation she provided one-on-one coaching and ran workshops covering all aspects of career planning, including self-assessment, resume development, interview and presentation skills, and networking.

She has facilitated indoor and outdoor experiential team building and communication skills activities. In 2005 Nicola designed a one-day career planning workshop for Junior College students, which has since benefited over 1000 students.
