Paul is certified as a career coach (CMF) by the Institute of Career Certification International (ICC, Intl). He has completed the Master Coach Program by Behavioral Coaching Institute in Australia and also the Corporate Coach University program from the US, and is currently a member of the International Coach Federation, USA. He has chalked up close to 400 professional coaching hours since 2003, and has been awarded the designation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation, USA. He is the Founding President of the Asian Association of Career Management Professionals (AACMP). Paul also sits on the Global Boards of the Association of Career Firms, International (ACF, International) and ICC, Int'l. He is qualified to administer the OPQ32 instrument. |
