Professionally trained by Corporate Coach University (CCU), Sabreena is a certified Corporate and Executive Coach, Trainer, Hypnotherapist (NGH certified) holding a Masters Degree in Social Science (Counseling). Her skill set is further enhanced with Master certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Sequential Mind Technology. She lends her skills to the development of her clients interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills so that they may attain their fullest individual potential. Known for her integrative approach, she is passionate about partnering her clients to reach a place of maximum growth. She does this through three avenues of expression; recovery, actualisation and celebration as modes for living. The diverse lens that Sabreena offers her clients is influenced by having lived in Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, England and Germany before settling in Singapore. Sabreena is a true global citizen and her clientele ranging from England, France, United States of America, Argentina, Brazil, Finland, Australia, France, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India and Sri Lanka are a testament to her multi-cultural flexibility. Sabreena has devoted the past decade to teaching unique, life-changing practices that empower adults to achieve their individual goals through her thorough knowledge in behavioural analysis, leadership development and whole brain technology using advanced coaching techniques and psychometric tools. Sabreena is accredited to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI), FIRO-B and 360-Degree Assessment Benchmarks® & Skillscope® amongst various other assessment instruments. Her clients have included UBS, Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC), Singapore Airlines (SIA), SMRT, Port Authority of Singapore (PSA), Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Management Skills Centre (MSC), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS) other government institutions and niche business owners. She extends her reach by writing motivational articles; and her columns have featured in Shape Magazine (Singapore) from 2004 to 2007 and has contributed corporate wellness articles for Spa Asia Magazine - an international publication. In addition to coaching and counseling, Sabreena facilitates a support group for the volunteer caregivers of the terminally ill at Hospice Care Association, Singapore. Her thirst for knowledge, personal excellence and professional integrity means she constantly upgrades her skills so that she may offer her clients the latest techniques and strategies to benefit their quest for wholeness. To keep abreast with what’s new and maintain her ongoing learning, Sabreena is a member of the Singapore Association for Counseling and the National Guild of Hypnotists and serves on the board of the International Coaching Federation (Singapore Chapter). |
