Sam Chia is the Managing Consultant/General Manager of Performance Consulting. He has broad based international business and leadership experiences having led organizations across Asia in different industries. He had held senior executive positions including Vice President and Managing Director with multinational companies before embarking on his coaching career. Sam has lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore and China. He is a trained 6 Sigma Champion, a Certified 6 Sigma Green Belt and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Bath, UK. He has also attended High Potentials Leadership Program in Harvard Business School. Sam is highly passionate with coaching as he had personally developed leaders and built successful teams using coaching methodology. He has decided to become a coach as he enjoys helping individuals to excel.
