I coach new leaders and high potential executives.

If you are technically competent in your field but also expected to be a superb leader, influencer and motivator with clear social and organisational competencies, I can help you.

My clients have learned to lead with emotional intelligence, developed decision making strategies, overcome procrastination and thrive in critical conversations. They have discovered how to lead across cultures, manage up and influence all round.

As a professional speaker and trainer I also guide many of my clients in producing well-written and engaging presentations that they deliver with polish and flair.

I provide time limited, action-orientated accelerated learning and personal development. With a solid background in financial services, cognitive neuroscience and leadership development, I coach my clients to develop new ways of thinking, feeling, acting, leading and relating to others in order to increase individual and organisational effectiveness.

As a sought after trainer and speaker in strategic management, behavioural finance and critical thinking I offer a rich depth of knowledge in these areas.

When you engage me as a coach I will design a personal development programme for you, provide 1-on-1 in-person coaching, deliver CoachNotes© (customised learning literature) and other recommended resources.
