ICF Singapore Chartered Chapter 2017-2018 Executive Committee Nominee

Cristobel Morison, ACC

I am a Swiss citizen born in Japan, educated in the UK, have lived in Asia for over 12 years and hold a PR in Singapore. I have been working in training and coaching for the last 17 years. Prior to coaching, I spent 12 years in the corporate world working in positions in management, sales, marketing, training and development in the area of financial information.

I completed my coaching training and ACC with Coach U in 2012, am a coaching graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and about to complete my advanced coaching program with Coach U and apply for PCC.

In my free time, I work with my husband on a Forest Restoration Project, that we own and manage in Cambodia, Kep. Our project works to reintroduce lost bio-diversity and provide education and livelihoods to local populations as well as hosting Singapore students interested in working on environmental issues.

My background and experience with ICF

I have been an active ICF member for over 10 years, and am currently on the ExCo as a co-opted council member. I am working with coaching schools to us to promote the Singapore Chapter and encourage graduates to opt for accreditaion and ongoing coach training. I have been involved in the recent updating of the constitution and enjoy being part of the coaching community and both contributing and learning from other coaches and members.

What I envision contributing to the ICF Singapore Chapter

I love a challenge and am energetic and passionate about what I do. I enjoy giving my time to working within the coaching community to grow and develop the profession. I strongly believe in coaching excellence for our memebers. As our Singapore Chapter grows I would love to contribute to the expansion of our offerings to members and manage the Events Committee.
