Eya Sicat Bio

I am the CEO of Newfield Asia Pte Ltd, a world-class ontological learning organization for coaches, leaders and professionals. I bring to my coaching practice over 25 years of wide-ranging international experience in consumer marketing and innovation, having worked with top global companies and multi-cultural / virtual teams in Unilever, Mead Johnson Nutrition and American Express.

Originally from the Philippines, I have lived and worked in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and now Singapore. I understand the challenges global executives face today.

My passion has always been to have others shine and in coaching we touch one life at a time. It may sound like a cliché’ but I believe that the work I do makes the world a better place.

My background and experience with ICF

I became a member of the ICF last year. I was asked to join the Executive Committee shortly thereafter where I took over some of the duties of the Asst. Secretary who had resigned the position.

As a member of the ICF, I have attended chapter meetings and helped source speakers to further learning of Singapore Chapter members for International Coaching Week and Monthly Members Meetings.

What I envision contributing to the ICF Singapore Chapter

I come from a marketing and innovation corporate background and fell in love with coaching after I did my coach training program. It was so impactful that I am now in the coaching profession and want to raise our professionalism, our brand and our identity in the world.

I am willing to help shape the priorities for us as an organization, and identify needs to get done in order to fulfil these. At the same time, I have a love and passion for the coaching profession and for promoting and growing its impact in the region because I believe it makes such an impact to the world.
