Jasveer Malaney Bio

Jass Malaney, PCC is an award winning Certified Executive Leadership Coach who helps managers and women leaders to become more effective and influential in their roles by elevating their leadership abilities.

Over the last decade Jass has worked with over 150 leaders, across the Asia-Pacific region, US, Europe, UK, Australasia from UBS, RBS, Barclays, SMU, Novartis, Pfizer tapping into her sharp business acumen to help clients implement actionable solutions to get results in the shortest time frame.

In 2002, she received the Prime Minister's Award by the Singapore Government after suggesting the Telephone Reminder Services which in it’s pilot year saved half a million dollars and has now been rolled out globally saving hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations.

She conceptualized and published "Coaching Resource Guide” in 2010.

My background and experience with ICF

2015: Chair, International Coaching Week 2015, organizing and leading the Symposium on Future of Coaching, http://icfsingapore.org/icw2015/index.html

2013, 2014: Participated in the Pro bono coaching initiatives for all of the CNPL, Hub, Nus-Yale, UN Women, AWWA, Mendaki projects.

2012: Chair Sponsorship for APCC 2012, event made huge surplus.

2011: 1st Vice President (PR Committee) Lead the team to initiate, design and create PR initiatives to raise the professionalism and awareness for the Chapter. Created the ICF Banner, upgraded the website and managed social media. Introduced the Speed Coaching program. Gave presentations at the APSS and IAL to promote coaching profession.

2010: Chair, Sponsorship, for the Asia Pacific Coaching Conference APCC 2010 resulting in a significant financial surplus.

2009: Joined as an Executive Committee Member

What I envision contributing to the ICF Singapore Chapter

Continued Membership Engagement:
  • New initiatives and engage members to provide maximum support for their needs;
  • Learning Initiatives for new members;
  • Support for growing coaching business;
  • Provide value for membership by providing educational programs in the areas of new research and upcoming offering in the field of coaching around the globe;
  • Regional connections and support.
