Topic: In-Between the Lines: Dive Deep into the competency of Creating Awareness Part 2.

This workshop focuses on how to offer change that is truly transformational. Coaches are expected to work at a deeper level. The challenge is to bring them into awareness that is evocative and rich in learning. This practical learning session is created to support mature coaches in appreciating the dynamic interactions between listening and asking as well as how to integrate this understanding to heighten awareness and deepen the learning in the coaching process. This workshop will provide ICF core competency development for mature coaches with the desire to develop artful mastery to evolve their skills from PCC to Intermediate/Advanced MCC level of coaching.

Speaker:

Ben KohDr Ben Koh, MCC, is an experienced Master Coach with more than 20 years of global cross-cultural leadership experiences and he has brought the benefits of coaching to organizations helping leaders raise the bar on their performance and managing their success. Using his deep and evocative style of coaching, he enables leaders to experience powerful shift in their thinking and empowers them to lead from an inside-out approach. Dr Ben also owned a global coach academy that is present in 5 different continents and he has personally supported more than thousands of coaches in their professional development.

Jass MalaneyJasveer Malaney, PCC, is an internationally experienced Executive Leadership Coach, facilitator and trainer, she inspires senior leaders to elevate their strengths to develop strategies, discover solutions to challenges and realize their personal and organizational goals.

She currently serves on the ICF Singapore Chapter Executive Committee as the Immediate Past President and has been actively involved with building the Coaching Community in Asia. She has served as the Chapter President (2017-2018) President Elect, (2016-2017), Vice President (2012-2013), PR Chair (2011 -201 2). She played key organizing roles in the Asia Pacific Coaching Conference in 2010 and 2012. She organised the Symposium on “Coaching for Future” during the Coaching Week 2015. She has edited and published the Coaching Journal "Coaching Resource Guide".
