Impactful Wellness Coaching and Dynamic Partnerships
We are happy to present Dr. Katrina Gisbert-Tay, ACC, NBC-HWC, designer of The Coach Partnership Health and Wellness Coaching Program and Marcus Marsden, PCC, Managing Partner at The Coach Partnership.
In this session, we will discuss what wellness coaching is all about and why it is one of the biggest trends in coaching worldwide. We will dive into current research, the impact of wellness coaching on patient empowerment and it’s effectivity in getting clients/patients to reach their desired level of health. By helping clients increase awareness and change mindsets, coaches are able to help them modify personal lifestyle factors that can affect the expression of chronic disease.
During the event, you will learn about the current research on wellness coaching and its outcomes, understand the approach to wellness coaching, how it differs from other types of coaching and explore creating a dynamic partnership with clients such that they create sustainable change for themselves.
