Title :

How to become aware of your dominant Mindset
With Kevin Cottam, PCC, ACS, BSc

Be the first in the World to hear this!

"Working with Kevin has been an amazing journey of self-discovery. He is an excellent listener who – by asking simple questions – makes the complicated seem simple and the impossible possible." Maria Luise Gad Justesen-Jørgensen, EEAS, EU Commission

In this Adventurous Hour, Kevin will share with you part of his amazing journey to nomadic cultures in Mongolia, Kenya and Morocco and his research for his next leadership book, The Nomadic Mindset – Never Settle for too Long. In this hour, you will discover what is your dominant mindset and about how rewarding this is for you and your clients to become aware of your dominant mindset. This can assist you and your clients in deeper understanding of relationships, communications, getting unstuck, HR Talent Management and more.

This Nomadic Journey has not only taught him the qualities of a Nomadic Mindset but the observation that we have two other broad stroked mindsets/typologies he calls the Settler and Nester Mindsets that live within us and organizations as well. His research is based upon the ancient wisdom of nomadic cultures as well as interviews with executives in different industries across the world.
