If there is a simple form of exercise to release the tension in your body, will you be keen?
This July we have Cassandra Nadira Lee, ACC, to share with us the benefits and give us an experience of these exercise.
In the session, you will be able to tune in to mind body connection, release stress and tension. Your key takeaways at the end of the session is you will be able to connect with your body more just by doing these simple steps of exercise.
We will have demonstration and practice, please bring your own yoga mat (as is not provided), wear something light for the exercise and have your full meal one hour before the program.
