The ability to communicate effectively during coaching sessions, and to use language that has the greatest positive impact on the client is the 7th coaching core competency. Join Senior Faculty and ICF Global Board Director 2007-2013, Marilyn O’Hearne, MSW, MCC to advance your coaching (and your coaching business) by flexing your potentially powerful Direct Communication muscle. In this interactive dialogue we will define the competency and discover together the distinctions in being direct versus being directive. Direct Communication will be demonstrated through examples and brief scenario role-plays with collective debriefs to expand learning.

This webinar is designed to strengthen this underutilized and sometimes misunderstood competency - and your exam performance.
